OSU, I was just joking. My thought was some Powell and AC fans obviously really don't care for one another and like to gig each other from time to time. Nothing against Powell, my attempt at humor failed. Sorry, no offense to Powell

Yeah, I get a kick out of the yearly back and forth between Powell and AC fans.

 

We have a few key players out for tonight. I'm hoping we can play well enough to win. I can't quite figure out this AC team. I know they can put up some points, but I don't really want to get in a shoot out with them. CAK, Grace, and Powell are all really good teams, so I understand those losses, Central is not as good, So, how do you lose to Central then put up 43 against a good Powell team? I just don't get it. I know AC will be up for Oak Ridge and will play well at Blankenship. OR might just have a Maryville hangover, this one makes me nervous.

Its amazing how much people DO NOT KNOW about football. Ive heard the comment twice about AC Defense. In there Defense

 

1. Ill give you CAK (remember Smith Is a Playmaker, He's not playing right now, I believe he had 6 TD's vs AC thr ee which were Special Teams TD's, but simply fact not a good defensive showing

 

2. Grace ACDefense allowed just 21 pts to Grace which I feel like is a win considering how many times the Def stopped Grace. Again one should have been a TD became a 102 yard inception return, also not scoring 3 times inside the 5 win for the defense

 

3.. The mighty Cougars SCored a big fat Donut

 

4. Central had a total of 87 yards offense vs. AC defense 10 pts Central had a total of 32yards of offense in 3 quarters and 9 minutes. The had one scoring drive of 55 yards 2nd possession of the game. I belive they ended up with 32 Rushing yards and 55 passing yards

 

5. Powell Ill give you that they couldnt stop them

 

6. Halls scored 7 pts

 

 

 

I wouldn't say Ac dont have a defense or needs a defense

If 64 Ramsey plays tonight I'll be very surprised. He's easily our best O lineman and arguably the best D-lineman, thats a toss up between him and 65. Either way that will make a huge impact on both lines if he's out.

Also have heard Cam Clark is out once again? Yeah, this game makes me nervous, too..With some very key injuries.

AC is no pushover. Never have been. Can't take them lightly.
