We lost last year on a failed 2pt conversion in OT, this may FINALLY be the year we take one @ Tullahoma.

 

We need to avoid giving up any huge plays early. Control the pace, control the clock, and control field position. I'm excited, as always, for this one!

Last year's loss was definitely gut-wrenching. FC has a great team..playing some very good football. The stands will be jam packed and the fence will be full. FC CAN win this game. They have a heck of a senior class and a few juniors that are key players as well. Wildcat, it should feel good. But Tell it like it was, yall very lucky that FC's leading rusher was injuried on the first drive of the game.

Wildcat,EVERY Tullahoma fan knows that if Nunley had been in the game you would have gotten the ball ran down your throat.Tullahoma got lucky..bottom line.FC would have won with Nunley in the game.

How do you know Nunley would not have fumbled the game away? He is a good player but you do not know what kind of game he would have had. Maybe if Tullahoma's injured would have been healthy they would have blown out the Rebels? FC had the whole game to show they had a better team and could not get the job done. Time to get ready for that power house on the schedule next week. Tullahoma made adjustments at the half and FC could not counter is what I heard from coaches scouting the game.

Well said irecnso. FC did you know we beat you with two of our staring OL out. Our cen300ter tore up his knee and is out for the year and we also lost a 300lb + linemen. I guess if they would have played we would have doubled our score?

Everybody knows nunley is the best player on both teams and it would have been a different game.

I suppose that probably John Olive outcoached the braintrust at FC. I dont know but it sort of sounds like that might have happen based on the comments a couple of posts ago on what went on at the half and after.
