Are you assuming 1000 is some sort of cut line? How are you deducing who is going where?

Sullivan South and Central are both right at the 4A/5A line

Sullivan South and Central are both right at the 4A/5A line

They are both well within the largest 120. I figure that info alone is enough to doom them to remain in AAA. I do not know how others are figuring out a "line" at this point.
