Big comeback win for Hixson last night and a lopsided win by the Irish. Both teams will be bringing momentum into the game. I think this will be a good matchup. Any early predictions? I say Irish by 7.

This is probably one of the better opening round games in the area. Hixson is no doubt a second half team and is doing things they havnt done in a long time. Notre Dame is young but is very good team. This game will come down to coaching.I like Hixson in a come from behind and very tight game

I have heard the biggest negative Hixson has is getting behind in the first half. I think if this happens Friday, ND wins by 2 or 3 touchdowns. Once these young players get a little taste of blood in their mouths, they go crazy and start pouring it on.

As a Hixson resident, I'm just hoping for a good game with no injuries. ND pulls away in the 4th to win by 13.

If Hixson is down by less than 14 at the half, I like the Wildcats.

Haven't seen ND play...I think Hixson will win. They need to increase intensity because regular season is over.

Notre Dame hasn't beaten anyone this year, Lookout Valley and Grundy are the only .500 teams that ND has defeated.

 

Hixson has played better competition and has quality wins over Marion and Tyner.
