I guess we'll just have to see how the Rebels come along this season to determine how much better they might be. Since my grandson has his senior season in front of him, guess I'll still be in the "Dog Pound" for one more time but hope the Rebs can get back on track!!! Kermit I haven't heard anything about the Jamboree thing, but we'll be at Huntingdon this year I guess.

As for the Rebels and being homecoming fodder, it's happened.............but not so much in Huntingdon. The last two times that the Rebels were the guest of honor there on Homecoming that I remember, the Mustang royalty went home crying and the dance was more like a wake. It's likely there are a couple that I don't recall but.......................???

Personally, I'm more than ready to see the Rebels get back on top of the game and recover some lost Rebel Pride!!

    • It's time to play everybody's favorite game of how is this season going to go. I'll undertake the fool's errand of a prediction. Encourage the region 2 fans to do the same. Cloudland: Top until they get beat always seem to perform year in year out with a small changing roster. Cosby, North Greene: These two could finish in either order they didn't have big senior classes. Lots of young guys got experience last season and most of their best athletes are upperclassmen it'll depend on coaching and if the kids can put it all together.  Jellico, Unaka: Like the two above could finish in either spot both of them lost key pieces to graduation. It'll depend on how returners play and if young guys can fill shoes.  Hancock: Small roster size devastated by a big senior class that took a lot of the experience and athleticism with them.
    • Confident that Marion, Moore, and Gordonsville are losses.  7-3 would be a nice turnaround.  5-5, 4-6, 3-7, etc. and it's a disappointment
    • Win the Watertown game, you can start 4-0. Lose it and you might be anywhere from 0-4 to 3-1.
