How did Grundy do vs Franklin? I heard theYellow Jackwts has the best team they've ever had.. That's a stretch, but I look foward to week 0...

Looked good, but it was a spring game. Grundy's biggest obstacle is Grundy People who "really" want the best for kids.

Grundy's offense was good when I saw them last year. The young QB could sling it and the big RB was a stud. They'll have little trouble scoring points on anyone. I think they could challenge to be a "Top Ten" team in 3A. With that having been said though their defense has to get better. When you give up 10 TOUCHDOWNS in a State Playoff Game then you have nowhere to go but up on that side of the football. If the Jackets can hold teams to 21 or less per game then they'll be fine and have a great season. If not then they'll be mediocre and in a shootout every Friday night.

What's the prediction on game with Marion to start the season? Could set the tone of the season for both teams.

Should be Grundy since it was at Marion last year.

Then..I think Marion Coy may squeak by. If this game was played late in the season, I would be more sure of a Yellow Jackets win

I just believe Marion is overrated.
