Well it will be the superstars that will stand out the most, but this game will be determined by the roll players, first game simmons and yoder played really well for stone, second game yoder had 2 and i think simmons had 4, as dean had no help first game, and wall added 22 in the second matchup for alcoa.

NIko white and Nick Miller have stepped up in the last few weeks and wil have to keep it up if Alcoa is to pull this one out.

The last 6 match-ups they have split, and it seems they way stone handles the press determines the outcome, as alcoa's press has caused stone fits in alcoas 3 wins, but in stones 3 wins they have killed the press..

Prediction: Alcoa 68 Stone 64

Hoping Tony brings his chess pieces this year for tournament time instead of the checkers. You know, last year he thought he would dominate Coach Buck's team. However, when all the moves were made on the board, it was check mate for Tony. Chess not checkers...pulling for a Stone Memorial W. Check mate.

Interesting... i have never won a chess match after being placed in checkmate. So please explain to me how Jones was put in checkmate, while winning the dirstict tourny last year?

Interesting...wasn't Alcoa beaten in the game that really mattered by Stone? That's checkmate. That caused Alcoa to travel, where they won, but ultimately get destroyed by Mitchell, resulting in checkmate. Maybe Tony should just worry about winning and not running...his mouth? Nobody cares unless you win gold, ask Drew Maddux.

Or maybe Mike Buck should be considered as one of the top HS coaches in America (yes, I know he isn't there this year), since he had success against Tony.

    • The amount of people pooing on UH is crazy. They're a noticably better team than last year when they made state and were competitive , AND they run ruled Eagleville a few weeks ago. Now I understand Eagleville was missing a few guys, but they still. They. Run. Ruled. Eagleville. 1st single A team to run rule Eagleville since when? Pre 2017??
    • If that Yellow Paint is all gone I'll flat bet it didn't wash off there. I bet that took some scrubbing to remove that if it is gone. Lacrosse is one of those northern sports all these misplaced Yankee's that are posion to the community brought in by  (Blount Partnership, ( The Devil) with them so somebody allowed them to paint their markings on the field that cost more than the twenty top people on payroll at Maryville make a year. All this to please the 1% Club and the 25 people that would come to see it. All in the name of WOKE!!!!!!
    • They will probably, struggle
    • Dyersburg is going to be good, really good. As mentioned, they have a lot of talent on the way and the trio of Chelby, Joya, and KayKay will only be better with a full season together under their belt. To me, playing in Murfreesboro two consecutive postseasons will only serve to make them more dangerous if/when they stand among the final eight teams this March. Experience, good or bad, always makes you better. And not only do they have experience, they know how to win there. Schedules are coming together for all of the teams and I am excited about what I am seeing on the preliminary drafts on Dyersburg’s schedule. I know I am being a tease, but it’s simply not my place to announce what another school is doing. With that said, I won’t go into specifics. However, I am excited about renewed home and away contracts for the non-district portion of the calendar. I think west Tennessee will have a lot of interest as well.
    • What does everyone have in the final 8? In no particular order. 1. Eagleville 2. Gordonsville 3. Greenback 4. Oakdale 5. South Pitt/ East Robertson-- not sure 6. Richland 7. Halls 8. Union City
