So Powell outscores Central 87-7 in 3 games while this guy is Central's DC and then hires him. Seems legit.

Seems to be a curious hire for a program that has had the recent success of Powell. I thought the Powell job would attract a lot of interest from proven coaches. This guy may end up being the best coach they have had to date, but the hire was a little surprising to me. HTV, give us some insight...
