DHSFB64
no Lexington or Lewis posters ??
ddaddy
Dyersburg looked to be the best team of the 3 at the scrimmage. Their zone blocking running game was tough to defend. Their line came off the ball quick and their running back ran hard. While their QB was not dominating, he did a great job managing the offense. Lexington probably has the best player of them all in their freshmen QB, he was a beast. While Lexington looked good, at time you could see their youth. Lewis Co. moved the ball well and showed some breakaway speed. All the teams were fairly evenly matched and although it was a physical scrimmage, no team dominated the others. I might add that I was very impressed with the discipline and class of all three teams and their coaches are to be commended.
LewisCoPanthers
Appreciate that ddaddy. I was wondering if anyone made it over there. I'm still waiting on a dominating performance from LC before I'm convinced. I hear D-burg is pretty impressive this year. Some of the guys told me they weren't as impressed with Lexington. Solomon
I kind of forgot about this thread. Lexington is going to be down this year because of youth. The freshman class is supposed to be really, really good though.
rpclark69
They Had some beast on the line and that freshman QB will be very good but they were young considering It was a pretty even scrimmage considering and Lewis County was missing there best player who will be an impact player as soon as he is on the field ! Our Defense will be tough this year and these boys are all on the same page and a close knit.

Might lose 2 of 3 OOD games though, not sure what Hardin Co. has.
