Roy, I think Coach Moore is getting a bus to Kentucky and is charging $50 to ride it.

Fifty dollars?  Are you joking me?  Does Grider have something to do with this?  I garuntee you that should include a game ticket and a meal on the way up and way back.  This is a bunch of mess.  You think im joking but im not.

Bell County is 112-19 since 2003 with a 3A state championship in 2008. Over that time period, their opponents have win over 60% of their games. They are termed the 11th best dynasty in Kentucky.

A very tough opponent for SP right out of the gate. If I were to compare their team from last year, I would compare them to the 2010 Polk Co team...Some say this will be a down year for them, but they are well coached, disciplined and play smash-mouth football.

Roy, fifty dollars aint too bad, thats only bout 11 cents per mile...and you wont have to drive, gives you plenty of time to read your Murphy Fair book. You can always opt to fly with pegleg, if he aint "grounded"

SP will mercy rule this team...JUST KIDDING ROY...I think this will be a tough game for the pirates...this Bell County team has a good tradition like us...Looking forward to a good game and some Pirate football! I want to see from game 1 who emerges as the true leader of this team!

Hey PowerP! I think if the QB emerges as the leader then SP might have a special year.

That is impressive. Only losing 19 games over 10 years is astonishing. This will be a very tough game for SP. They better buckle those chinstraps.

Let me ask you a question.  I was down at Foodland earlier talking to this man and he said that these Bell County boys had a runner that might can play in the SEC.  He was over 200lbs and ran the 50 yard dash in 4.5 sec.  I garuntee you our boys better hit him real low to tackle him or he will run over them.  I hope that Moore man has taught our boys how to tackle those big boys and not hit them up high.  You know what I mean.

    • It's time to play everybody's favorite game of how is this season going to go. I'll undertake the fool's errand of a prediction. Encourage the region 2 fans to do the same. Cloudland: Top until they get beat always seem to perform year in year out with a small changing roster. Cosby, North Greene: These two could finish in either order they didn't have big senior classes. Lots of young guys got experience last season and most of their best athletes are upperclassmen it'll depend on coaching and if the kids can put it all together.  Jellico, Unaka: Like the two above could finish in either spot both of them lost key pieces to graduation. It'll depend on how returners play and if young guys can fill shoes.  Hancock: Small roster size devastated by a big senior class that took a lot of the experience and athleticism with them.
    • Confident that Marion, Moore, and Gordonsville are losses.  7-3 would be a nice turnaround.  5-5, 4-6, 3-7, etc. and it's a disappointment
