Way to early I think to truly know or decide , but I will chhose a few that I think will be in the hunt to play in the glass house in 2014

Austin east

Fulton

Howard

Upperman

CPA

East Lit

South side

Covington /liberty

So many good teams in Memphis, but I feel south side and Howard , and even though with losses whether losing players or not when defending two time champs your a lock until proven you do not belong so those are my early picks

I know Howard not in Memphis those we're simply who I felt were my three locks so to speak

Are you looking at last years record?!? Howard is 3-11...and a lock for state?!

i know yaul aint talking bout chatt howard? are you? they are terrible this year. worst chatt. team i have ever seen. seriously

That's what I was thinking. But it's the only team in Tennessee with Howard in the name. They've been great the past couple years, but they are WAY down this year.

    • You wanna talk about zoned for Bearden.  Lol.  I don't think so.
    • Great win for the Pirates. State Tourney bound !
    • You're talking about the running back, right? I don’t believe he was zoned for west, but there were numerous players that came from TKA a few years ago and still are. I’m sure some are, but the majority aren’t.
    • Gratitude abounds for Blake Satterfield, whose five-year tenure as the head coach and exemplary ambassador for Trousdale County and its educational system has left an indelible mark. His strategic leadership during playoff seasons was nothing short of remarkable. Anticipating that his future endeavors will be equally impressive.  Perhaps the board members will refrain from undermining the incoming coach as they did in Blake's case.
    • Yeah that's true, I was talking more about football.  If you go to a TKA game, there's nobody there.  The only people there are the parents of cheer and parents of players.    The kid that left and came to West was zoned for West and decided to quit private and go public school.  He won two state championships at West, so hard to blame him there.
