It sounds like Bledsoe did a decent job holding Marion down tonight. It was a better game than I thought it would be.

Wasn't as close as it sounds. Zeman and Riley both rushed for over 100 yards. Walters threw for over 100 and rushed for 58. Brooks had several nice catches and yards after catch. Defense played well. Bledsoe couldn't move the ball in the ground... Shout out to Deon Riley for a great performance. Ran the ball well, scored a TD and laid the wood to some people on defense. Good win Warriors! Next up. Whutwull.

They had some big ole boys up front...... Still MC D is sketchy on a decent QB that can pass. But the D held when they had too.

Should have seen Zeaman, took a hit, helmet came off and he still lowered those shoulders and bulldozed through..... 24 had a good game to as well as a few more.... But a win is a win and we will take it!

Play was supposed to be blown dead as soon as his helmet came off...

Congrats to the Warriors tonight. I witnessed continued improvement. Many new young faces were in the lineup due to the injury bug and you played we'll. Defense finally contained the edge for full game and that was good to see. We still must improve our tackling. As for the offense, you moved the ball pretty well. Running game looked good from backs to line blocking. We still have a lot to improve on in the passing game! All in all, it was a good win. Continue to work hard toward your goal and it will happen. By the way, does anyone know of an exterminator who can kill this injury bug? The locker room has been sanitized as well as other actions and this thing just won't go away lol..... And as always.......

GO WARRIORS!!!!!!

    • You could trade or swap any 2-4 IMO . WC is rebuilding, PC loses the presence of 4 year stud Joshua Warren. Mcewen lacks the speed the other teams have , and also lost its top two way player from last season . HRB will look a lot different this coming season.. they return a ton of experience (though still a little on the young side as they are mostly JRs and SO ) but I liked what I saw out of them vs Mcnairy Central , I was hearing MC had 18 SRs , so that’s usually a death sentence vs small 1A schools I don’t care who they are . HRB looked to have the best player on the field , Brady can really run it .. reminds me of Ganaway but more of a WR .. the new regime will be a positive for them .
    • watch out for those Red Boiling Bulldogs
    • Never too early for football talk and good as time as any to start a new thread for this region after spring scrimmages have been completed. This region is all up for grabs after Mckenzie.. Mckenzie should run away with it and not stop until Chattanooga . My prediction  Mckenzie  Houston County  HRB Mcewen  West Carroll  Perry County
    • Agreed EastNasty. I honestly can't remember the last time metro had a big time QB recruit. I know several that played QB but weren't being recruited as a QB.
    • Don’t think they was using the current system and I personally don’t consider them Metro schools.
