Humboldt wins big.

Agreed.

What is not being realized is that Humboldt went up 25-0 and quit.  I am not taking any credit from LC becasue they played outstanding Fottball in the 2nd half and deserved to win the game. I was on the sidelines that night, and saw what happened first hand.  they started putting in the youngsters way to early and it bit them in the butt.  Humboldt's first year coach hasn't realized that you cannot quit in the first quarter no matter the score, especially with how LC ALWAYS plays Humboldt.  My challenge this week goes to the coaches. they have to keep the boy's focus on the game.  End of Story!

Humboldt will play Friday night and will win convincingly.

Go Vikings.

OK the ole shocker is back after a couple weeks absence! Baby #3 is here a 9lb 4oz Girl! LC is playing as well as I've seen all year.  Young kids are stepping up good and seniors are making the plays! The wheels seemed to have somewhat fallen off since the UC game for Boldt! LC is FOCUSED on turnovers #1! Promise it to be one the better games in west tn single A! LC may go down but it won't be before the Vikings get a true fight! These boys have a lil fire in there eyes! Can't wait til Friday and LC will travel better than you think(Playoff time we seem to show up!) GO GREEN MACHINE hope yal get to hear them falcons in the house

Congrats on your new baby girl Shocker

Ya reckon 7 turnovers in the 1st half played into that?

I was also on the sidelines and Humboldt did not sub early. LC out gained the vikings 360 to 150 in yardage. The vikings scored two offensive touchdowns that night. I do not think the vikings will benefit from 7 turnovers this time around. At least I hope not. This game will be a better game than some think. The falcons are focused and ready. If I'm wrong and Humboldt wins big, I will be on here to say I was wrong and give credit to the vikings.

    • Groves got the ball over 20+ times. His son arguably played the best for East in that game. 3rd and long multiple times and he came up big to continue a couple drives. Please shut up for the 3rd year in a row
    • And can you tell me who those two quarterbacks were, and every kid that was put into college from Bearden is a Bearden kid? It’s kind of why they graduated from Bearden.   and I would definitely not consider ETSU “waste”…
    • Most of this is complete gibberish. But the one part I could decipher is putting kids in college. This coaching staff hasn’t put a single Bearden kid in college. They completed wasted one of the best WRs in East TN and have ruined two talented QBs. All because they’re in over their heads.
    • Well, I’d hope the new coaching staff thinks they are all that because they can always walk around the school, anytime they want, thinking that, especially for what they’ve done for the student athletes and the players, putting more kids in college in his first season than the old coaching staff did in numerous years combined, but we will just sweep over that because I know you don’t like facts. But trust me, nobody wanted Mr. Big britches, made the star player switch to quarterback, which is ultimately the reason he ended up transferring to play the position. He loved, but unfortunately, had to be at another school because Mr. Big Britches doesn’t like when a teenager knows more than him, but can’t expect much coming from a guy who used all class throwing pencils up into the ceiling and making fun of football kids who were failing class right to their face, and in front of numerous students, even projecting on the board most of the time.
    • After that first paragraph, I can see why you’re a TA and not a teacher. Have you made the move from South Knoxville to Bearden yet?    Maybe he left because he is an actual teacher and coach, and didn’t want to be associated with a group of foul mouthed middle school coaches who like to pretend they’re big time.
