Looks like there are only two possible winners:  SportsnetWriter2 or Coachrus.

 

Sports picked Alcoa over CPA in finals which is the same pick as Polk, Charlie, Noah, Oldball, BPM GCP, Irish, and Jangel. So none of of these 8 can beat Sports. FvHS and Blue picked Alcoa over Fairview, so they cannot beat Sports.

 

The remaining two picked CPA over Alcoa (Coach and Wholder). Wholder cannot beat Coach.

 

Alcoa was picked by 11 of the 13 (which is consistent with the consensus).
