I think this will be a great battle between 2 familiar foes.  The competition in the scrimmage was good and both teams have improved drastically since. Games like this is what playoff football is all about!

That's very true, but I do think EH's bunch had a pretty similar skill set and we did a lot better than most said we would. I think CHS has the best QB in region 5, but we've played well against a good spread team.

I don't think I've ever heard the the terms Wing T and finesse used in the same sentence

Well I have seen multiple teams run variants of the Wing T. From no trickery and pure power, to all trickery and finesse without the power game. And finesse is a part of the Wing T scheme. I am not talking about not running over people, but what you do to get them out of position, to make it easier to run over them.

 

The best I have seen at running it was the Cleveland teams from the 90's. Good power runners but lot's of reverses and multiple handoffs, which made the power game more effective. The thing for the Wing T to really be the most effective, is you got to have the misdirection and/or finesse to help confuse the defense. But even at that the most improtant is execution of all.
