Adam Connell was cruising to a solid decision without the 3-4 interruptions for Tate's likely bucket handle tear (Meniscus issues anyway). Very Frustrating!! We know how this is first hand with Legrand, and the docs had to in there twice to make it bearable with a special knee brace.

 

Hopefully, whatever's going on can be rectified.

Tate's dismissal from the team has nothing to do with the "injury" from State Duals. 

Agreed. For such a talented wrestler it is unfortunate that poor decisions have followed him throughout his  entire high school career. One of the deeper talented weight classes just got a little shallower.  Regarding injury, it is  Interesting that there was  no sign of injury when he wrestled FRHS Eckhart.

There was definitely no sign of injury during the FR finals match. Connell looked like he was on his way to a solid win in the semis before that injury default. But I guess we will never know now...
