Marion County New System New Coach

I think the Marion Sequatchie game will be a big gate and well worth the admission. Where will it be played at? Sequatchie will be tough and is only going to get better, however Marion is going to be tough to. I think this game should be the game of the week in Chattanooga area and be televised. Prediction, standing room only.

It will be played at Sequatchie. I would consider that an upset, considering Jasper has out scored us the past two years 88-28 and they return about 8 starters on both sides the ball, including a Mr. Football finalist. Ross has a ready made team for sure.

Oldindian, on paper I would have to agree with you, I have been very close to the Sequatchie program vicariously, and I am going to tell you, they will be much better this year, barring major injuries or other issues. My prediction, somebody wins! Lol

Marion should go 9-1 or 8-2 with that schedule they have. Sequatchie will have another tough year with Marion Southpitt Signal Stone memorial notre dame and boyd. Sequatchie could atleast finish 8-2 with losses to signal and notre dame. The Boyd game should be a dandy as well

Stone memorial is not very good. South Pittsburg will have worst team they have had in many years. The three toughest teams in order on our schedule will be Notre Dame, Signal, Jasper

The side of the ball the Warriors need the most improvement on is defense, and that seems to be where R.R. can help them the most.

Stone aint a bad team at all. But your right oldindian but I gotta say Boyd will be pretty tough too plus we play at Boyd so it'll be tough

confucuis say...Marion will not beat TC...they own Single A....Pirates are lucky to have fallen to 1A...but don't be surprised if TC enrollment drops the next few years and we get to see the classic SP vs TC battles once again...we have a plan.

wouldn't hurt my feelings any would love to see the classic tc sp battles

Think about this guys......within the span of a year all three Marion County football schools will have new coaches.  I dare say that has never happened in Marion County.

I think Marion and SP are in good hands, will be interested to see who next head coach will be at Whitwell. I know Whitwell has interviewed some good coaches.
