This just in heard the Bears freshman had about 40 freshman to be at am workouts with some good looking athletes moving in from out of this area. Looks like anybody with a brain that wants to be a football player is not going to any of the other county schools.  Also the local paper said that a new 6a arrangement  may not include the east tn allstars. I have thought all along that the Bears can pull the upset but if they dont belong in our league then bye bye!   

 

Food for thought if your considering which Sevier County school to play football. Pigeon Forge got smoked by GP last year and NVA is still looking for JV games to fill the schedule. The Bears have 2 TV games and a jumbo tron for all little timmys big replays and a shot at a state title in the states biggest and best classification.
