Distrct 11-AAA in 2014

This is usually about the time where I'd jump in and start talkin' some smack about how Brentwood is going to win the district; buuuttt.... I don't think I'll do that this year. I think we have some very talented young guys who will get some valuable experience this year with a chance of being a good team next year, but I think we lost far too much from last year's team to be any good this year. Ravenwood is my pick to win the district this year. With Jefferson at WR, it doesn't matter that they lost their QB; they're gonna be hard to stop.

You are right about the QB situation, in fact, Cole Brown has an arm that isn't much worse than Avery Jankowski, and his feet are better. He has some looks from smaller colleges and is going to have a great year. Watch out. Edited by LoveForTheGame

Brentwood's QB is one of the guys I was talking about when I mentioned young guys that could be good next year. Carson Croy pretty much has the starting job locked up. He's a junior with a decent arm and decent running ability. His main drawback is his lack of size. If he can combine the experience he will gain this year with a little bit of physical growth over the next year, I could see him being a very good player next year. As for this year, I just hope our O-Line can protect him enough to get him there.
