We are all being premature here. This thred is about the Centennial game. Either Woodward will get fired of he won't. If he does, then we can name names. But for now let's worry about tomorrow's game. 42-10 centennial.

Read that Dodson will again be out but Whitman will return.  He will be a boost for the Centennial D.

we agree this is not your typical BHS teams of the past BUT lets face it CPA and Blackman are no little sisters of the poor  - Think about it , in our conference its not hard to think that any of the teams if they played Blackman and CPA would be 0-2 as well ( perhaps 1-1 at best )

If Brentwood could pull the upset here it would be huge for them. Look for centennial to try and put them away early. I think it's a closer game than most expect.

24-23 overtime win for Centennial.  14-0 CHS at half but Hall lost to a hammy in the second quarter.  Brentwood stuffed the run most of the second half and cut it to 14-7 in the third.  After a CHS fg made it 17-7, BHS hit an 80 yard pass on the first play after the kickoff, 17-14.  They got the ball back with about 6 minutes to go and with the help of a questionable PI call on a third and long, kicked a 45 yarder with 53 seconds left.  Starting at their 20, CHS drove into fg position to win but missed a 40 yarder as time expired.  CHS scored first in OT and Bwood scored from the six on fourth down.  MW elected to go for two and the win but the pass was deflected. Bwood QB is very effective when protected but that was spotty all night.  They also need to be more disciplined.  With or without Hall, Centennial needs to open up the playbook a little more.  Overall, nice game that was muddied by several suspect calls/non-calls.
