I think Coach Adkins is going to have some tricks up his sleeve for tonight's game. I just have this strange feeling it will be a much closer game than most predict. Of course, it could be just that dang steak burrito I ate from Taco Bell last night. Our Eagles better wrap up the ball carrier and gang tackle tonight. Now young men, go out there tonight and HIT SOMEBODY! Execute and grasp that ball like Rosie O'Donnell holding a triple stack burger (two hands!) GO EAGLES!

Prolly not gunna make it myself, going to LBL getting ready for archery season,, take it easy on my Devils !

I won't be able to make it...biggest game of the year and I "have to" celebrate my anniversary.  Go figure!  I managed to get out of it last year but not this year.

 

Hey guys, will you please get a report on your lineman that was laboring after the game last night?  He was being attended to after the post-game prayer on the field.  He was having trouble breathing and getting off his knees.  Let us know how he is doing

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
