A great coach like Gaddis won't let that happen SS.

Hope you're right, but it happened in his first tenure a few times. Like in '96 when we lost to a team a lot less talented than us in the semifinals Jefferson County. Credit to them for beating us, but that game still leaves me speechless al these years later lol. I don't think we will lose to Central, but I think it will be closer than what some are saying on here for that reason. (AC game)

Well my dragons led 21-0 at the end of the 1st qtr against them....only to win by a score of 28-17. I don't know if we let up or Central made adjustments. It was a sloppy field that night and we didn't really pass alot.

If OR gets up on them early, dont let off the gas because they have enough athletes to make it interesting if its kept close.

You're right about that. I hope we don't underestimate them because you know Rosser would love to beat the team he used to be an asst coach on. They do have some real good athletes on offense. Their D is just really lacking though and I will be surprised if they stop us on offense, but stranger things have happened.

A fumble here and there and you never know.

I'll be really surprised if Central puts 21 points on the Wildcats defense...I just don't see it happening.

RWR !!!!

I agree with that against your starters.  But I think you'll be able to pull your starters early.  One of the Central coach's mantras is to never quit.  So my thinking is that Central will try to narrow the gap late once your starters are out of the game.  That's what they did against AC.  They were kicking onsides and going for broke the entire game, which was out of hand very early.

I think Gaddis has too much pride to let hat happen. It wouldn't surprise me if that starts to happen that the ones might come back in the game.

    • Wouldn't the easiest move be to move McCall up to HS Principal and have Gulley take over as MS Principal?
    • Bounder, you are correct. And it is so easy today. As a civilian today, I can check my 6th grade grandson’s grades in real time. 46 years ago as a young head coach, I knew who were my weak students and would do a weekly check. A decade and 1/2 later as an administrator, I would ask guidance for attendance, and grade reports as I did my own discipline reports. 5 years later I could run all those reports in a few minutes. today Text one the Secretaries and they can create a red flag report only printing the names with D’s and F’s or attendance and discipline issues. You are not even dealing with a whole team. The only problem with modern technology is someone who might not want to know.
    • No I didn't,  I just know jellico lost a few and should in playoffs tho....but they have alot coming in the next few yrs
    • The buck stops with the head coach, he should have know if any of his players  were not making the required grades. Either he has someone checking weekly before games and reporting to him or he should do it himself.
    • Freedom Prep has discontinued their football program. These are the teams that were on their schedule in case you are looking for a game:
