lexington has suffered from several injuries this season...and they are still young...much like milan was last season...

and i believe anyone from milan will tell u that...while they are better than last year...they have not had as many significant injuries...and that they are still a good ways off from where they traditionally are...

True but the next tw seasons will be lots of fun!!

because well be in the same district/region???

I look forward to that possibility. But the main reason is that things are looking good for the Bulldawg future. The 30 sophomores and lack of injuries has been the big reason for the improvent over the embarrassing last season.

When these young ones become jrs and srs it will be fun especially with the possibility of the new very challenging district v

Lexington will not score a piont!!!! 49-0 if not more.. I have followed several teams this year and Crockett is the team from the west this season. Lexington has too many injuries that hit this year. Even then they would be no match for Crockett County. I mean if you all recall last year it was 21-0 at the end of 1st quarter at crockett co. They will put 35 on Lexington in the first half. Lexington is horrible and no one with leadership enough to step up!!

    • Best-of-three sectional series vs East Robertson at home starting Wednesday.  They put us out last year at this point.  Go Pirates!!
    • I don't believe they have anyone that is surbers caliber but a decent staff overall.
    • Richland plays at McKenzie on Wed.  Should be a good series.  Does Richland have good pitching?
    • Congratulations to the Warrior baseball team winning the Region Championship.  Last night the football team beat Franklin Co 33-0 in their spring scrimmage. Warriors looked very good. Missing a few players who were playing baseball but still absolutely dominated. A lot of young ones got in halfway through the 3rd when the score reached 33-0. QB Tilton Pickett looked very sharp.  Sam Pickett is on another level this season. Seems to have put on 15 to 20 lbs in the off season and added a step as well. Transfer from last year Williamson caught numerous balls and is very elusive. Lots of athletes on this team. Defense was smothering and will only get better. The head coach from Sewanee was in attendance and offered 2 kids after the game. Could be a special year.
