Anyone know whats going on with this team? They have lost 4 games in a row that they had leads in during each of them, seems like they can't finish a game.. Hopefully they'll get it together by the time district games start being played.

Is the point guard still out?  Rodney usually gets his teams ready come tourney time so i wouldn't worry too much its still November

Point guard is still out, he's good for a average of 15 points a game so maybe that might be it. The 5 boys that are starting are playing really good together just can't seem to finish a game they should be winning.

Saw them play Saturday. Lost steam in second half. Didn't make the big plays when needed. Talked to their coach the PG had surgery and is expected back in a few weeks. That will make a difference.

You can lose every game as long as it's not in the tournament . Clarkrange are very well coached and should be ready as the season progresses.

I agree Swanson. They have a good coach who always seems to bring out the best in his players come tourney time. I think Clay County is going to give the Buffaloes some problems this year though during district tourney

CC and CR play 12/2 at Celina. Clay will have played 6 gams by then two in the Watertown Thanksgiving classic. CR is one of the few that have some size as well. Will take Clay some time to figure themselves out, lot of options with the size and players they have.

Buffaloes lose another game tonight. Also had a lead in this game. Seemed out of sync. Ball movement was a big issue. Alot of turnovers and missed opportunities not seeing the open man. Still early in the season but the buffaloes are definitely struggling so far.

CR has started with a very tough schedule I would say the toughest of any 1A school I know of.

Your right they do have a very tough schedule that should make them better down the road. Any word on when their PG will be back for sure? Saw he was shooting some during warm ups

I have watched and followed CR for the last four years, they are a team that is hard to gauge. By that, I mean they can looked very good one game and then two games later, you are scratching your head. However, in the end (of the season), they seem to always be in the District or Region championship games knocking on the State Tournament's door.

They will be fine. Losing a point guard really hurts. Pickett Co wasn't the same team against Livingston without Ferrell last week. Once Beaty is back, Clarkrange will be back on track.
