Catchers

Last year I watched Coffee County's catcher. She was one of the best that I've seen at the Highschool level. Are there any other catchers in the Mid. State that can equal her talent?

Hollie Sanders is an excellant catcher. Tough behind the plate with an arm. Can sit on her knees and throw you out at second! Very strong bat to go with catching abilities. Hit several HR's, to go with average, against "Gold" competition this past summer. An all around player!

Dickson County has one of the best....Senior Fallon Felts!

I've been around Goodpature softball along time and I can not rememember a catcher with a better defensive season than Amanda Richards had last year.

agree, Amanda is one of the best around. She always did

a good job calling pitches also, the few games she played

with us over the years. Amanda, wherever you go to college,

they will get a good one, proud of you.

Morgan Wills she has an explosive arm and caoable of hitting for good power and can play other positions. She is a good athlete. She may not be D1 material now but could be. She can play at D2 and naia

I already mentioned Fallon Felts. Very good catcher! Amanda Richards? Yep, you guys are right she is also a very good catcher. What really impresses me about Amanda is her desire and her love of softball. She is a great person as well as a great catcher. I think she lives at the ball park!

I believe that Community High School in Unionville has a good catcher. Her name is Erin. She is quick and does a good job help her pitcher get though tough times. She has a good bat. But she still need some fine tuning in both areas. But she loves her postion and the game.

Forrest has a good one too. Beasley does a great job in all areas. She hit a home run on us last year and I'm sure she is getting better this winter.
