build a new high school in the Rockvale area to take in the Eagleville school and overflow from Blackman and Riverdale?

 

I ask as this may reduce their numbers enough to be in 5A.

Build 3 more schools so all schools in Rutherford can play in 5A and pray Maryville doesn't drop down there with their 1,550 enrollment.  Or better yet, why not have a state classification for just Rutherford schools, TSSAA may go for it and they will win a state championship.

I once expected them to build the Rockvale school and absorb Eagleville but not sure that's still in the cards.  They keep investing in the Eagleville High so I guess they're here to stay.

 

With the new system Riverdale has already met their goals...sad, but true.

RuCo has been down the past few years top-to-bottom. If each school becomes 5A will it drain the talent pool or make it easier to win state titles, or both.

I think if you bothered to check the records you would know that there is already more than one Rutherford County school that knows how to win state titles.
