How do the tornadoes do two a days with school starting so early? What time is that scrimmage Friday i would like to attend!

Not sure how they do that. Scrimmage will likely be between 4 and 5pm. Don't know exact time.

They do not have formal two-a-days. They have a series of long practices with a break in the middle, but never two-a-days like we grew up with. Right now they are in at 1530 and end at 1830. Based upon past practice, they will shorten the practice to 1600 to 1800 once school fires up. Rankin wants them home, dinner eaten, and on their homework assignments NLT 1930. Since 2007, my sons have all been home by 1830 on school nights.

That's a good way to do it. Glad to see Rankin stress the other important stuff to his players too.

Sadly, two a days and team camps like Carson Newman use to have, are a thing of the past.
