I agree, wanting to be there is important. However, if the name I have heard showed an interest in the job in fact did, I can assure you he would be leaving a job that is a much better job than Loudon. Maybe he just wasn't a good fit there. I don't know.

may I try and answer.... Hired a coach from a very small program and where he hasn't had much success there to lead a way bigger program coming off a very successfull 2014. Add he is coming from a rather weak 1a district to the strongest 3a district in the state. On paper, the hire doesn't look promissing. Edited April 17, 2015 by UpperCumberlandMan
