Not a lot of changes on the top half, but a couple of changes on the bottom half.

I'm assuming Madison is missing some games on there schedule. Or are they really 2-3? Bucs are 7-2. Losses to McCallie and Baylor. I think they will be ready come tourney time.

How in the world CAK is ranked #1 in the new rankings I will never know. They have looked average at best against quality competition. CPA is easily the best team in the state this year and coaches not voting for them to be top seems simply as sour grapes. I'm calling a CPA vs Mint Chocolate Muffins final.

CAK has not lost to an A/AA school.  CPA has, and that team was beaten by MCM.  It is pretty simple.

 

No sour grapes here.  Like you said in previous posts, last year doesn't do anything for this year.  This year needs to be proven on its own merits.

 

We lose to Page, we deserve to be dropped.

Sure didn't help Signal to be rated no. 1 last year, so just suffice it to say we graduated 8 starters and have only lost to Baylor and McCallie all year and locked up district championship tonight . Hopefully we're a sleeper.

But Bucs only tied Loudon? What happened? Loudon came to Signal and it wasn't close. Easy Signal win playing young guys. CAK, CPA, and MCM are good teams. After next year hopefully the publics will only have to worry about MCM.

Not sure i will have to find out how that game went. I also hope there is a split. Then the focus will turn to magnet/open zone schools after they win everything.

DeKalb Co. locked up 1st place in 8 A-AA East with wins over Macon Co. and Livingston Tuesday and Thursday.  Our only loss to an AA team is Central Magnet and, no offense to CAK, but MCM should be ranked no. 1.  I'm a little biased, but I think we deserve a top 10 nod.

Coach maybe you misunderstood... This is a top 10 list of the BEST teams in the state.... Easy misunderstanding....
