Pujo I looked at our boys games and Grider already has our boys a game on this day. Grider is giving our boys a week off on September 4. I garuntee you that is a bunch of mess. Our boys dont need a week off. You should get that Lunsford man to call him and see if Grider would play him on that day. You think im joking but im not.

Well we may get Avery after all, just a matter of them saying yes, Both got openings the 1st week. Great game for both schools win or lose. JUST DO IT.

Yep its a WIN, WIN both ways The Basketball teams should play also.We played them in baseball. Ireally enjoyed it. Igrew up in Avery Co and pretty much know everyone. The head coach is a Dandy.

Avery not going to be very good next year. The QB will be about it.It want help Avery and might be a good tune up game for Hampton to work out 1st game jitters.

Avery has some good skill kids back, got a good QB, They also return their best lineman. They should be able to give Hampton a competitive game. It could give us both a good tune up game. Its a fun game for me because I know most of the kids and parents from both schools.Its a close game that would bring a TON of interest. JUST DO IT.

   I didn't know that and if thats the case, I feel for the kids. You would think a local game would spark alot of interest.

Word is Avery has an open week  but not interested. Just my opinion but I think this would be a win ,win for both schools. I'm sure Brewer has his reasons.

I think we did seal the deal and the game will be at Avery this year. This is much better than playing TCC , that game just didn;t bring much exirement. Should be a very fun game,Thanks Brewer,you're a life saver.
