hardball03
Who are the top Ladies Soccer Coaches in the state for High School? and Middle School? (Please briefly support your nominee)
chxian
Some of this is second hand but in the east Jimmy Weekley's Baylor teams consistently perform at the highest level with solid defense a hallmark of his teams. In the middle Ken McDonald's FRA teams since he's been there have consistently improved. In the west Todd Purcell's Cordova squad has really made giant steps to change the landscape in that part of the state. Since I'm not a player it is difficult to know who really is effective as the players are the best source for providing an answer to your question. hardball03
A new coach in Mid TN at BGA Middle by the name of Wendi Parker-Dial. I've heard great things about her from her players. They went 8-0-1 this season from a losing record last year.

qwert
Coach McDonald is the best coach. He took FRA who was horrible, and in three seasons made them state champions. Not only this, but he is a great person, and his players love him.
CREE
You also have to throw in Eric Turner from Bearden High Despite having a down year this year with a young team, his team is always in the Final Four-- after defeating Farragut, Oak Ridge, and D-B

brazil
Ive coached high school and DI girls select in TN for over 12 years. I believe Jimmy Weekly from baylor is the top girls coach in the state. HIs Baylor girls are not always the most talented but he still wins state championships year after year. He simply out coaches the competition who often have better talent. That is not a knock on the other coaches. Weekly is simply in a league to himself in high school soccer. He is over qualified for high school actually. Kinda not fair to the others.
crc
David Wolff - Ridgeway High School - 4 consecutive state championships, Runner Up this year. Also 2 state championships in the last 3 years in boys....not many coaches around in any sport who have been part of 6 state championships in 5 years!
