tradertwo Posted August 23, 2015 Report Share Posted August 23, 2015 Brandon Shields, player of the week goes to Liberty QB that goes 13/18 for 200 yards and a TD instead of a sophomore that rushes 12 times for 247 yards and 3 TD's and returns an interception 60 yards for a TD, and had 103 yards of kickoff return yardage to a team they were picked to lose to. McNairy doesn't get performances like that often. It would be nice to be recognized. They'll probably get more performances like that from him, but after seeing the game in person, I'd agree that he would have been a great choice.
