Big Preseason Matches and Scores

What are some of the big preseason matches over the next two weeks?

Here are some that I know of:

Father Ryan has Franklin and Oakland

Franklin also has Clarksville and Hendersonville 

Oakland also has Clarksville and maybe Beech

Clarksville also has Beech and Ravenwood 

 

Those are just a few of the more interesting scrimmages in Middle Tennessee.

CPA at BGA on Tuesday 8/11 will also be a great local game in the Nashville area.

BGA has arguably the best Jr in that area besides Pascall in French. She's coming off a knee injury but is very highly regarded.

 

CPA has Sr Wegner at forward and a very talented Jr as well. They will have tons of pace and scoring ability.

 

Both teams are better than last season IMO. I'd guess BGA is a few goals better but who knows?

 

I just can't see Franklin being nearly as good without Louisville committ Mckenny anchoring the middle. Expect Freshman White to get minutes on the varsity. Shes a region III pool player and one of the top players in the state for her age.

 

IMO Ravenwood and Clarksville are a notch above all the other teams in the midstate with Jordan anchoring Clarksville and Pascall doing it at Ravenwood. Two big time college prospects on very deep and talented teams.

CPA lost to Cane Ridge last season.

Heard the new players for CPA were impressive.

ND vs Farragut

 

ND has Sr. MF Olenchek that may be the best in the East and definately one of the best in the state and will play a huge part where this years team goes after a huge and very productive graduating class

Farragut has not yet found their rhythm. They have good talent in place so later in the season they will be stronger. ND has a good opportunity to build confidence with this scrimmage.

it is not uncommon for Farragut to do just that..  and ND may need that confidence.......that is the witness over the last 4 years anywho
