Dekalb vs Upperman

Recommended Posts

Yep - seems to happen in every game. Not sure they wouldn't be undefeated if a few more very catchable passed hadn't have been dropped, but there are lots of other players that make mistakes that just aren't as obvious. There were a couple of huge blown coverages in the game Friday night. I'm sure they will be working on that stuff this week.

I feel if we could play mistake free football we could make a decent playoff run but have yet to see that. Drive stopping penalties and dropped passes kills us even though we have been winning but we will not beat good teams like this. Edited by crow6424

I'm afraid that Upperman will be too much for my Tigers. The numbers seem to show that they are a slightly better team. I always try to pick with my head and not my heart. I have Upperman winning this game. I will make a score prediction later this week.

I will go ahead and tell you if Jennings is on and your receiver catch the ball we are in trouble.

Hart was a special player  3A Dyersburg looks to return a few key pieces. Strahan will be a force  4A Bradley will be as usual, making it tough on whoever they face.
    • I have no clue if Derek tried to talk some since into his dad or not about staying here. All he is going to accomplish is going from the oven to the frying pan. If I were the coach all Ale would freze over before I set back and watched one of my good players leave without a fight.
    • If this is true, South Gibson is taking a big chance. Passing on an experienced coach for a guy who has never coached at the high school level is a high risk move, especially in that district and region.
    • Dorian Eskridge was HVA's best back, 2011
    • Jo Byrns was a very solid team last year. Imo, I thought they presented the biggest challenge for us on our path to winning it all last year. I expect them to be in the conversation and one of the final few teams playing in Murfreesboro
