Thank you for all of the great posts and respect that you all have shown. I would have gotten on earlier but I had a senior ball player to console. It's already been said how we lost. Fumbles and turnovers and costly penalties. I'm not one of those guys who blames the officials because it could have gone the other way.

To my TORNADOES.

I know that words can't take away the sting of a loss like this one but what an impressive run you guys have had. You have made the entire town more than proud you brought us all together in more ways than you will ever know. In the years to come you will look back with great pride at this awesome experience and realize all that you have learned from this. You have learned how to overcome and be champions and you have also learned how to go down fighting. There could never be any more pride than what you guys have brought to our community. Take these great lessons and apply them to your life and you will do great things. Go Tornadoes. Go you fantastic and awesome young men.

Well said, Big Swo. You guys have nothing to hang your heads about. I know the loss hurts, but it's truly amazing at the type of run you guys have been a part of... Especially the seniors! They've seen it all. There aren't many Senior classes out there across this entire country that have been a part of such a magical run. It's something to be proud of.

Well all great things must come to an end, unfortunately. It's just the way it is. We are VERY proud of our Tornadoes. In the last 3 seasons we were 38-2, 3 Regional Championships, 2 State Titles, 1938 points scored to 501 allowed. Not too shabby. These boys have a lot to be proud of and a lot to remember and talk about in their old age. Best of luck to the teams still chasing the Gold Ball.

That's right not many teams get to experience what that group of seniors has. A winning streak spanning 3 seasons with 2 gold balls and even traveling across the country and playing like you guys did against Delone. Coach Bowling has done a tremendous job there. Congrats guys and look forward to see how this team bounces back next season.
