Region 1 in A

district 2 will be a little better comp for 1 this year but still not ready for the top teams in district 1. Cosby graduated 6 good players and has a ton to replace however we have a very talented Sophomore class. May be a year away from being very good again. Northview could win district 2 this year ending Cosby's run of like 6 or 7 in a row. I think Berean , and Hancock should be pretty good too. Id guess Hampton will still be on top of district 1....I wonder how many of Hamptons starting 5 play football?

Northview should win District 2 this year, and WILL win it next year. They will probably have well over 1000 students next year.

There numbers are big if you count 7th and 8th grade but not if you count the high school grades. They still have no seniors on the team and numbers right now match that of single A

Cloudland lost to HV by about 12. Still haven't been able to find out Unaka's score.

My biggest question is that if Unaka beat North by 25, then lost to WG by almost 20, just HOW bad is North?

North is not good. Unaka looked athletic against them and Washburn but neither was really an impressive win. Washburn actually gave Unaka some trouble when they switched to zone.

I thought northview was a private school.I can't believe they are single A with that many kids then.

We've obviously got a long way to go after double digit losses to hv and avery. I thought we'd be better with so much experience back
