The real 1A/2A cutoff is right at 400 anyway. Union City at 397 is 1A. Oliver Springs at 402 is 2A. Knoxville Grace, Union City (barely), Nashville Christian, Dresden, Trousdale, Boyd Buchanan would be among the 3A teams in this.

Rudy is you cut off at 300, unless you got rid of the multiplier and had a lot.of small privates, the travel for those teams would be too much. Only about 36 teams if that.

Greenback is the highest rated team in the class.

Proposal by Indian was interesting because it included a "power" rating in addition to the number of students. If nothing else I would think this would create some better competition at all levels. The above mentioned alignment would be very competitive from week to week. No need for a team like South Pitt to beat up Sale Creek, Grace or Lookout Valley.

Where would teams like Alcoa, Fulton, and Norte Dame end up in this proposal?

And I say that's great. If travel and extra hour here and there to not play teams who don't belong

you cant ask Indian that question; with all that hatred he and that Lane feller have for the Irish; he would have us in 6A.......with our 406 kids; ND just edges in at 2A

Alcoa 4A, up one class. ND 4A up two classes. I believe Fulton 5A. It still wouldn't be too much for them with Maryville, Oakland, Ensworth etc in 6A.

Not to be picky but..........Alcoa would be up 2 classes as they are 2A playing in 3A.

That's their actual enrollment. In this they'd start 3A due to no initial multiplier and most of the private schools starting 1A or 2A.

where would stone Memorial be with all of this
