YEP ITS A NEW DAY WITH NEW STUDS AND YEAH YOU GOT SOME GREAT PLAYERS AND I DONT SEE YOU AT THE TOP OF THE 6A STANDINGS EITHER. SO WE BOTH GOT A REALITY CHECK EARLY.GOOD LUCK AND HOPEFULLY MY YOUNGINS CAN GIVE THE WARRIORS A GOOD GAME!

 

 After seeing both teams already this summer I would have to give the nod to Riverdale in the Middle Tennessee Classic match up this year. On turf Riverdale's team speed is much faster and the improved defense will be a major factor. Good luck Owls, but your seasons not going to start off like your expecting.

I wouldn't really consider a team with 22 seniors to be young. Inexperienced maybe, but definitely not young.

With over half of those seniors seeing less than a quarters play last year young and inexperienced go hand in hand. Maturity comes with game play and experience. Its more than an age..

SIR.. WHEN I READ THE WARRIORS PREVIEW I SEE SOME NEW NAMES AT IMPORTANT POSITIONS.. BONDS MADE 1 PLAY TO BEAT US AND WHAT ABOUT YOUR NEW ADDITIONS THAT HAVE TO GET ACCLIMATED TO THE SYSTEM? Cool article.... interesting to hear your take on their 7V7 tournament performance....and trust me no one more than me understands games are played with the pads and 11 on 11.... I know I saw a team that has some pretty good athletes....and some who wanted to debate with coaches,,,which IMO does not bowed well for team chemistry....

 

I am pulling for Coach K and his team to make the naysayers eat their words cause lord knows this sight has a lot of them...who by the way have been pretty quite lately....

What naysayers? As far as I have heard everyone is giving the current Coach support and hoping he does bring back the program. I can only speak for myself and am giving him three years free unless he does something REALLY stupid. By 'stupid', I mean something that hurts the kids under him.

LOD I hear you and you are definitely not who I was referring to.... when Coach K was announced there was a lot of how do I say politely BS comments over the selection.... not to mention an overall negative vibe about the program in general.... I do not know Coach K or the previous Coach or any players on the team just couldn't stand the negativity..... Looking forward to seeing Riverdale at Summit for the scrimmage in August....
