Nowhere in the rule book does it say that the original residence has to be sold and vacant.(I can post the entire rule if you would like) Seems like you are the one spewing ignorance. Lincoln Co beat Lawrence Co 30-0 week 2; so just going with them being the home team and Giles only beating Lawrence by 1 point.

I heard on the radio an interview with the Lawrence Co. coach. He said they had two players that were eligible for the Giles Co. game that didn't play in the first two games. Don't remember who he said they were or what kind of impact the had on the game.

Two different rules. You are referring to a change of guardianship. A kid cannot transfer to another school and be eligible without a change of address. If they claim a change of address then the previous address has to be sold. Call TSSAA and ask if you don't believe me. Seems like a few of you are worried now. Sure would suck to have to forfeit 6-7 wins due to that violation. All those true hard working Lewisburg kids season gone die to the lack of ethics by a coach!!! It's coming. It's coming.

Says it pretty clearly.

And if you were not so stupid you would realize that he approves the info that is sent in to him. But if it is found out to be incorrect info then the school gets punished. So for instance if the kid in question told Marshall county that he had moved and they turn in a Bona Fide change of address the director approves it. However if the kid is reported to the TSSAA that he hasn't moved and found out to be true then the kid will be ruled ineligible and Marshall would have to forfeit all games in which he played because it is the responsibility of the school to make sure all info is correct. Call and ask then come back and tell everyone that I am correct.
