OakRidgeWildcat
Nice win for McMinn County i think they've got a very good shot at the last Playoff berth in the District.
anotherback
Nice win for McMinn County i think they've got a very good shot at the last Playoff berth in the District. I had Rhea Owls Raiders McMinn all in front of WV before the season. Only thing I might change is flipping Raiders and Owls. Still think Rheas offense might keep Cleveland off the field enough to win. But them Raiders sure are putting up the numbers and not giving them up. clevelandblueraiderfan
YEAH 3 JV GAMES IN A ROW.Ooltewah hasn't played a team with a winning record and they are giving up 36 points a game. You can't talk about jv teams when you are fielding a JV defense.
alt1958
Walker Valley shot themselves in the foot and blew a game they should have won going away. There is way too much talant on that team to be losing games like that. McMinn did what they needed to and took advantage of Walker Valley miscues, an sloppy play. WV should of had 35 on the board at Half time. Second half McMinn played much better. I thought that WV pressed some. Way to many missed blocking assignments. Couldn't run the ball at all in second half and Gibson was running for his life again. At some point you have to play more kids. Especially when you are losing anyway. Glory
I mentioned a few days ago that in spite of the experience and talent, Coach Ryan finds a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. McMinn coach Cagle probably hopes Walker Valley will never fire him.

fooseball95
I think it's time. He doesn't have any excuse to fall back on this season. That's true but when your tight with the administration he won't get fired. Why dobu think he's been there as long as he has. If he leaves it will be on his own terms

If he leaves it will be on his own terms Is this his 5th year as head coach? Sad to think WV fans are stuck with him, but it is in the Bradley Co. school system, so the politics are understood.
