Only thing I got against it is I think the 3 undefeated teams should be in the top 3 so far they've earned it Alcoa lost to a tough maryville an should be 4th..otherwise top 10 looks good to me just different order..

Being undefeated doesn't mean you have earned anything. That's like me saying well since Air force, western Michigan, Maryland should all be ranked top 10 since they are all undefeated and teamw ahead of them have lost a game such as Louisville, Oklahoma, Florida State, etc. Sorry that's not how poles work

In my opinion All 3 undefeated teams have quality wins over good opponents especially Sequatchie wins over dekalb smith south Pittsburg and soon to be warren county..Stratford has quality wins over maple wood Marshall county and east Nashville. RE real quality win came against bolivar..alcoa's 1 major win came against Knox Webb..

So your saying you believe that all 3 undefeated teams are better than Alcoa because Alcoa lost to Maryville? That's what poles are for is who is the best in the classification. I'll hang up and listen.....

I didn't say that any of those teams would beat Alcoa of course it's possible any given Friday that one of those 3 teams could beat Alcoa..that bein said if Sequatchie beats warren tonight then in my opinion I think they're #1

You need to take the Blinders off. Warren co Is a below than avg. 6a team and your only quality win is against 1a SP. There is a reason that Alcoa got all 1st place votes. Your going to end up like Upperman in 2013 coming into the game undefeated beating your chest even though they haven't played anyone and get mercy ruled 78 to 18 by Alcoa. That is if you make it past Boogers ND team.

 

I would be happy being ranked #2 in the AP because other polls I've seen don't even have Sequatchie co as a top 10 3a team even at 6-0

This poll should show you the AP writers are clueless.

 

Sequatchie Co. being #2 is an insult to 3A football. That crazy guy Bolddust looks like he is voting in this poll. The Sequatchie having top ten talent is about as likely as Boog out kicking his coverage at the bar every Friday after an Irish victory.

      I think Alcoa and Westview are favorites in top bracket and Huntingdon and Meigs in bottom bracket.  Westview and Huntingdon both have great pitching.  I think Huntingdon has more offense than Westview.

      Defending 2A state Champs Westview Lady Chargers are pretty tough. They lost a bunch of production off last year's squad but returned some talent as well. They still McCall Simms, a Tennesseee Lady Vol softball commit as well as solid talent around the diamond. I dont think they are as good as last season but they will definitely be a tough out. Huntingdon Lady Mustangs seem to be pretty stout as well. Don't know much about Riverside other than Westview defeated them earlier in regions. West Tennessee softball is pretty solid all around id say.

      Eagleville couldn’t catch up to Jones, he did have his location issues but in that game Eagleville popped up everything and the one hit they did have could have been ruled an error. Jeffcoat was a lot sharper in the beginning of the season last year than the end. ER ran out of pitching and still was in striking distance but none the less the better team one. Last seasons tournament was A LOT more balanced and talented. South Pitts starter is a Lefty who was low 80’s but couldn’t maintain his velo throughout the  outing, their #2 was more impressive last year, we knocked him around this year and his mph was down some. Their #3 isn’t bad neither, throws a lot of strikes and sits high 70’s.
