Ravenwood at Overton

Ravenwood (4-3) goes to Overton (4-3) this week in a game for playoff seeding.

 

Ravenwood got off to a bad start with losses to good teams like Brentwood, Franklin and Centennial. But these last couple weeks they have had tuneups against McGavock and Lebanon.

 

If they can get their offense on track then they will be tougher than most people will expect. They have been pretty good defensively all year. They have allowed a fair amount of points due to turnovers and special teams.

 

Overton been consistent this year. They beat the teams they are supposed to beat and lose to the better teams. They have some good talent on the roster and can score some points if they get rolling.

That is a bit shocking. Overton scoring 34 on that defense is the part that is shocking.

 

Sets up Mt. Juliet vs Franklin for the region should be a good game.
