I could see this being a good game. Neither can beat Stratford, Liberty, Fairview or Milan.

You are kidding right? The same Stratford that kicked an extra point with 20 seconds left to beat Goodpasture and beat CPA by same one point. The same Stratford that scored on the last play of the game to beat East Nashville. Whatever.

Plus healthy at the time. Beat Greenbrier by 5 with backup QB. WC is the only district team that was beaten badly.

Not kidding. 10-0 for a reason. A few weeks ago they were unstoppable now people think they can't get out of glthe first round.

I never, ever thought they were unstoppable. Without Carter they are very average. I have said that MULTIPLE times here.

And as FBgirl stated, injuries have taken their toll. Friday night's game with Greenbrier tells the story.

Yes they are 10-0, Congratulations. They have managed to win a lot of close games and that speaks in their favor. I just think they are one injury away from having absolutely no offense.

Next year toughen the schedule up a bit and go out and find the next transfer replacement for Carter.

Their win over Marshall County is very impressive. I doubt they could do that again with the injuries they're dealing with but having seen MC in person, that's a huge win. They're very good.

The question for me is, are all the region 5 teams comparable to Marshall County??? Region 6 better hope not. ðŸ˜

Carter is an exceptional player but I'm sure they've got plenty of other players that help out. Another poster said that the only injuries they have is the qb and back up running back. Having only 2 injuries at this point in the season is pretty good. I don't know their stats but I'm willing to bet the qb did more handing off than he did throwing it. Is the new qb that bad? I think they're still the best team in that region but a Milan or Liberty is much better.

QB was a 1200+ passer. Carter has alot of receiving yards. With the QB AND RB they lost about 1000 yards on the ground and 1200 in the air. Shs has some good to great players but not that deep.

Not saying you're wrong but unapproved website has different numbers. They have the hurt back at less than 500 and the qb with less than 1000. I'm sure losing both hurt but not as much as carter. They should have other weapons to use on a team that athletic.

I can tell first hand that Stratford QB #9 Josh Trueheart is a good player and has the potential to play on Saturdays for sure.  Sucks that he got hurt as they were a very hard team to match up with both playing.  Trueheart did not just hand it off to RB #1 Terrell Carter he threw it often and has a strong arm, although not very accurate but has very strong arm and can sling it.

I watched him play last year against cpa. Huge qb with a huge arm. Don't know that much about the team. Just know that most teams have injuries this time of year. I'm sure Cheatham is pretty banged up as well. Stratford should be a huge favorite

    • Wiz, could you kindly inquire of MP whether my pork shoulder has completed its duration in the smoker? My appetite has been piqued, and I eagerly await its readiness. Regrettably, it appears that despite my attempts at communication, there has been no response forthcoming from him.
    • Given your evident depth of knowledge on coaching matters, I'm intrigued to hear your perspective on who you believe would be the most suitable candidate for the position.
    • If he’s the best option that isn’t good. I heard he couldn’t even get the qb to play baseball this year.  kids aren’t coming out for him either he’s in the same boat. But it’s trousdale county and it’s just baseball. You can win one game a year same goes for basketball no one will even kno or talk about it. Just like up here on the hill basketball is the more serious thing in my books if you start losing there’s usually some change..
    • I live in Macon and watched both but I’ll take up for satterfield on this one look at the dudes he has these 2 years compared to the others don’t forget we barely even scored on them there for awhile when he started coaching there just look at 2018 on   If you give him athletes to play with he’s a dangerous d c.
    • I don’t know how Huntingdon did vs Creekwood varsity today but I did hear the Huntingdon middle school girls beat Creekwood and Westview JV teams by 30 both games today.
