THIS IS THE SECOND POLL OF THE SEASON. 

 

Now in its 25th year, The Poll is primarily a measure of dual meet strength with some consideration to individual tournament strength.   Votes are cast by a state-wide panel of high school wrestling coaches and are based on a maximum Power Ranking of 100%.

Bradley vs Baylor tomorrow too

Father Ryan versus Wilson Central as well.

I've been torn between the two matches as geographically I'm much closer to Ryan and WC. Me thinks the Bradley Baylor match will be a bit closer in score even though Baylor is much younger, but quite talented and like Bradley, well coached from what I seen of late.

Id move a couple teams around. As seen in my thoughts on the other thread. But overall looks good. More accurate than week 1 for sure

I feel like Soddy was given a little too much, I don't think they are ahead of Beech.  I believe Christian Bros should jump to #2 soon. McCallie is still a question. Wilson should have dropped further with 2 dual losses to teams who were ranked behind them.  Tennessee High is still TBD--they haven't faced any competition yet.  Science Hill should have dropped further with only an 11th place finish at Southern Slam.  Halls placed 9 wrestlers top 3 at the Catholic Invitational and they dropped in ranking?  Still no respect for West TN in AAA.

Nate Wysong, Cooper Williams, and Arthur James weren't in the lineup for Science Hill Saturday.

 

Probably 3 more medals and 60 or so points.
