I'm just guessing your an assistant coach or player by your comments. If I am right then you are a young confident guy. I like that. I think the colts have the potential to win four games this year but none are a given. You say HL is but when was the last time Glencliff beat HL? Hard to say it's a given when it's been four years. Again I like the confidence but it's going to have to be earned. Your colts are going to have to work, buy into what the coaches expect, show up to practice every day, take pride in themselves and what they do, and I could go on and on. That's just talking players. I didn't even mention what the assistants are going to have to work through. It takes a while to change a culture. That is what has to happen at glencliff. Make the playoffs this year and win four games and it will be a great start. Good luck to the colts.

Run has never been at glencliff or independence. Also, glencliff would be fortunate to have him. Very well respected coach.

I'll add that independence had success after coach Smith left due to the work and program that Smith built.
