I'm sure Smith is being helped by the principal as far as teaching jobs go.. If the principal will support you and get coaches in the building, then finding assistants will be a little easier.

I think Mr. Wilson will help where he can to make Glencliff the best it can be.

Extremely difficult situation

Way too difficult of a region for Glencliff to immediately compete. It will take time. The problem is Smith moves every 2 years or so. If he will stay there than maybe in 3 or 4 years they will be competitive. But right now Gallatin, Beech, and Hillsboro will own the top 3 in that region for a while. Glencliff also has Mt. Juliet and BGA to look forward to. If they can beat Hillwood, Hunters Lane, and White House then that would be a HUGE improvement. But Hillwood beat the brakes off them last year. Good luck Glencliff, hope things get better and Smith stays for a while.

What are they doing to the Colt stadium...the whole new home side is torn down and is now sitting in the parking lot

The new track is being installed.  A new concession/restroom building is also being built.

That's great for the colts. Only question is why was this not done first. That's a lot of work and money to build a stadium only to tear it down and rebuild it again.

Their stadium was built so it could be disassembled and reassembled easily.  Their stadium rebuild was a two phase project due to $$$.
