WestTnGuru
Spring Top 10 Class 2A by Donovan 1. Union City Golden Tornadoes 2. Waverly Tigers 3. Peabody Golden Tide 4. Trousdale County Yellow Jackets 5. Adamsville Cardinals 6. Columbia Academy Bulldogs 7. Marion County Warriors 8. Forrest Rockets 9. Hampton Bulldogs 10. Mitchell Tigers Article has team capsule for top 10 : http://tnhighschoolfootball.com/donovan-stewarts-class-2a-spring-top-10/ Nope! No way Adamsville is 5th best team and no way Peabody is 3rd. Yes on UC and maybe on Waverly. Will Mitchell still be 2A next year? If so, they could really be dangerous.

No. Mitchell was put in the preseason top 10 in 2A because they'll be in 5A this year
fallguy17
We've played Mitchell the past 2 seasons. They are very athletic. We saw vast improvement in them from 2015 to 2016. They will be a contender in the west this season.

ReitzFan
Trinity Christian freshman football player Kevin Davis excelled in Friday's TSSAA A-AA state track meet. Running in two events against a tremendous head wind that slowed all competitors times, Davis finished 7th in the 100m dash. Davis also had a stronger finish in the 200m dash as he finished 5th. Kevin Davis was the youngest competitor in both events. In the 100m dash he competed against 6 seniors and 1 junior in the finals. In the 200m dash, he competed against 3 seniors, 2 juniors, and 1 sophomore. Well done young man. Well done indeed! This TCA announcer is proud of your accomplishments.
