Germantown will finally get tested on Friday night. After replaying your league foes the last few weeks, the playoffs really begin. It should be a huge crowd with both teams the only ones undefeated in AAAAA. Germantown is tough and playing at home will only make them more dangerous. Having seen both teams play, I really don't give JCM much of a chance. A team would have to be more balanced than JCM to give Germantowm a game. I know that it has been a long time since a West Tenn team has won the AAAAA State, but this Germantown has no weaknesses except maybe their place kicking on extra points. They have two excellant receivers in Andrews and Matiech.(spelling)? Their senior QB in Mayfield does an excellant job in running their offense. The back Dixon is excellant as well and they have alot of depth. Their huge line would be a test for anybody. The best teams in the entire State are probably Germantown, Brentwood Academy, Riverdale, Melrose and Maryville. I would also rank them in that order. It has been a long time since Germantown has been this good. If you don't believe me, come see them play in a few weeks at the Blue Cross Bowl.

On paper germantown should win this game but as in any playoff game it will come down to the team that wants it the most. JCM has had an outstanding year(I hope it ends this weekend though) and is a great team..I'm really lookin forward to this game! Red Devils by 7(because of the great line play and its being played in (heck)!

Kyle, it would be hard to find a more balanced team than JCM. Around 2,000 yards rushing and passing. I think thats balanced, don't you? I still think Germantown wins but like BigSneaky only by 7.

If Germantown comes out focused and I expect them to be, this game will not be close. I don't think Germantown has had a close game all year. JCM, on the other hand has had many. In a close game, maybe this would be an edge for JCM. Final score: Germantown 35 JCM 7

I apologize, I just showed my age.
