Always a great atmosphere at CAK .Great people,  great food!.........'n boots. 8-)

BC don't show up this week expecting to see those world-famous equestrian boots, and the form fitting blue jeans that often go with them, at an August game.  Those don't start showing up until the home games in late September and October when it's cooler weather I guess.

This will pay off for greenback in the end. Don't even know what kind of score to predict but greenback is not going to just lay down. Awesome back and great coaching.. sometimes you just get outnumbered. Good luck to the orange and black!! Like I said these games payoff later on when your practicing on thanksgiving!

I promise I'm not trying to say anything bad about the young man, but he isn't tall enough to see under center. When the ball was snapped, he couldn't find receivers. And a good defense coach will eat them alive if they pick up on what I seen out of the o line.

I wasn't planning on doing anything but reading some good football talk, but now I catch myself dreaming about banana pudding and maybe considering transferring my letter to whatever church y'all go to also.

But, I have to chime in about the GB QB, what he lacks in stature, he more than makes up for in heart and athleticism. That kid can flat out get after it, no matter what field he's playing on. Heck of a hard-nosed baseball player.....we got to see that firsthand this spring.....ONE TOO MANY TIMES! :(

Hope y'all give us some good film to watch.....we'll need it; and hoping for good health to both teams. None of us can stand to lose any starters....hate seeing kids go down, especially the seniors.

Somebody send me that recipe!!!

    • It's time to play everybody's favorite game of how is this season going to go. I'll undertake the fool's errand of a prediction. Encourage the region 2 fans to do the same. Cloudland: Top until they get beat always seem to perform year in year out with a small changing roster. Cosby, North Greene: These two could finish in either order they didn't have big senior classes. Lots of young guys got experience last season and most of their best athletes are upperclassmen it'll depend on coaching and if the kids can put it all together.  Jellico, Unaka: Like the two above could finish in either spot both of them lost key pieces to graduation. It'll depend on how returners play and if young guys can fill shoes.  Hancock: Small roster size devastated by a big senior class that took a lot of the experience and athleticism with them.
    • Confident that Marion, Moore, and Gordonsville are losses.  7-3 would be a nice turnaround.  5-5, 4-6, 3-7, etc. and it's a disappointment
