uknoit2
It's UNTELLING which Hampton team shows up! If there many Highlanders from last year's varsity team playing this Friday, I'm sure they'll be looking for the reckoning!

HamptonBulldogs1
Unpopular I know, but I have to go with GP until this bunch shows me something different Edited September 3, 2017 by HamptonBulldogs1
THE KING
I know you can't really go by scores in other games but it makes it interesting. NVA 35 CD 0. JC14 CD13 GP 35 NVA 14. JC 20 Hampton 8. Looks like Gp is the favorite. Depends on how demoralized the Hampton kids are and if they can shake it off

But somebody has too go 1-3, I think GP will get a little better each week. They have some players and a coach who knows how to win.GP is still a few years away from being "A Good team" in their own Class but should be competitive with us little schools.I think from what I saw a few weeks ago Hampton has the ability to be better than they have shown but have some growing up to do and better do it soon or it will be a short season. Ole3putt
I'll take those 'Dawg' this week, after what I've read, those young men will bounce back, regain focus, determination to what East TN Mountain football is. Getttr-done.
harley04
Were young Soph QB, against NV 11-16 145 yards 2 TDs, we rushed for 158. Finally got a soccer player to come out and kick for us, he's pretty good getting better I think 3 of the 5 kickoffs went in end zone. Our 2nd year QB (SR) now plays FB/RB alot due to his massive frame...#18 QB is a JR but 1st year under varsity center. We're playing young men that haven't played since 5th grade (or ever) or didn't get much instruction in middle school. Our middle school program now preps players for high school and I'm impressed with the coaching thus far. As for kickers, well, we don't like kickers too much 'round here Edited September 4, 2017 by uknoit2 ,,,
